Shipping Methods

Due to the global wide COVID-19 pandemic, USPS and other mail carriers are experiencing delays that may affect your order. Once a package leaves our office in Simpsonville SC, we do not have control over the shipping timeline. Please note that international orders are currently experiencing delays, and may take up to eight weeks in transit. Additionally, the United States Postal service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will do our best to get packages shipped in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Packages are sent via USPS first class mail and should be shipped within 3-6 business days plus shipping time from the time payment is confirmed. 


International Orders:  International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes.  These are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for your package to arrive if international. All international orders are considered final.


Make sure the shipping address you use is correct. Once a package has been shipped, it is out of our control. We, unfortunately, cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if USPS indicates package was delivered. If the incorrect address was entered, and the package needs to be resent, the customer is responsible for paying original cost of shipping method.

In the event that a package is deemed “delivery failure” by the carrier due to non-acceptance or incorrect address provided by the buyer, Buyer will have the option to receive a refund less shipping charges and an 8% restocking fee. Should the Buyer wish to reship the package a second time, Buyer will carry responsibility to pay the exact shipping charges as quoted by WBC. Shipping charges vary by destination and a confirmation email from buyer accepting the exact rate will nee to be documented, invoiced, and paid before release of the second shipment. This is only applicable for “resellable” items if the package is returned to us and we have received the returned package. We cannot move forward with the process if we have no yet received the package back into our location.

Free domestic First class shipping ( discounted international shipping ) using code: FREESHIPPING at checkout. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer, shop credit, or coupon code. It cannot be applied once you have already checked out. It must be applied at the time of checkout.

Returns  and  exchanges

Your satisfaction is my number one priority. If you wish to return or exchange an unused/unopened item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We ask that your item be shipped back to us within 5 business days of delivery.  We will happily accept returned and exchanged merchandise in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 3 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit amount of your SUBTOTAL will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout. Only regular priced items may be refunded, any sale priced items are not eligible for return.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders or items on sale.

Damaged Order:

In the event that a package is delivered with damages, WNC requires notification within 72 hours of the tracking delivery status with photos to initiate a claim with the carrier. Refunds and/or replacements will be issued upon completion of the claim resolution with the carrier. Inventory is a first come, first serve, and there is no guarantee that an exact replacement will be available in inventory as the shop carries limited quantities of each product.

Pricing Policy:

On occasion, WBC will run promotional sales and clearance items. You are entitled to receive a price adjustment on full priced merchandises purchased within a 24 hour purchase period from the beginning of the promotion. To receive this adjustment you must contact WBC at wildandblissful@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase period and provide your invoice number. Adjustments will be issued to the buyer within 4- 7 business days of your validated email and invoice number. Adjustments are not eligible on any products purchased using a discount code, already discounted items, shop credit or are otherwise on a sale or promotion. All discount codes must be applied at the time of order. Limit one discount code per order. You cannot combine discounts codes, shop credit, etc.

Discount Codes:

Discount codes must be applied at the time the order is placed, and may not be applied retroactively. Please be aware that certain products and collections do not allow the use of discount codes. Discount codes may not be combined with store credit or other discount codes. Only one code at a time is allowed. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous or future purchases.

 

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, unfortunately it is too late to cancel and has already been shipped.

Additional Policies:

Please use products only under supervision. Small parts and choking hazards may be present. Always inspect your items before, during, and after use. Do not allow child to sleep with products. Do not leave child unattended while using our products. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the use and care of this product. Please note that all items are handmade, so there will be slight variations in pattern placement and sizing.
